About the Scholarship.
The biggest investment you can make is investing in 'yourself'.
Nick Roud Coaching is proud to offer the Emerging Leaders Scholarship to aspiring leaders who are under the age of 45. Our mission for NRC Scholarship is to provide world class 1:1 leadership coaching to support the next generation of execcutive leaders who have the drive and commitment to make a positive ‘ripple’ in New Zealand.
The intention of this Scholarship is to develop New Zealand leaders who can lead themselves, support teams and be ready to step into a bigger role.
The successful applicants will have experience in leading teams or projects and have exposure to decision making within a business or organisation and a commitment to excellence. He or she will be earmarked by their organisation as a ‘rising star’.
Nick Roud Coaching Scholarship programme is valued at over $18,500. (50% is payable by the organisation, 50% covered by NRC).
