CEO COACHING

to think, to lead and to grow.

THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF 1:1 CEO COACHING

Leading is tough. It’s meant to be. The higher you climb, the fewer people you can truly talk to. The noise grows, decisions get faster, and the pressure becomes relentless. That’s where Nick Roud Coaching steps in, not to tell you what to do, but to help you think clearly, act deliberately, and lead with purpose.

As a CEO, you don’t need another consultant. You need a trusted sounding board, someone who will challenge your thinking differently, hold space for honest conversations, and push you to be the best possible version of yourself.

Together, we’ll work on the things that matter most: how you show up, how you connect with your board, your executive team, your staff and how you create meaningful impact.

What CEO Coaching Looks Like

Every session over the 12 months is designed for where you are, not a formula or checklist. This is not a one week residential this is coaching. We start by understanding what’s driving you and what’s holding you back. From there, we go deep into how you think as a leader and where you want to go next.

Expect space for reflection. Expect direct, respectful challange. Expect growth you can measure – not just in business results, but in confidence, influence, and clarity.

Across your 12 month one to one coaching, we will also spend 2 full days together in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Format

12 months 1:1, blend of inperson and virtual. A highly structured, deeply personal partnership.
