Married to Nicola, dad to Louie (9) and Willow (7) he lives on Aucklands North Shore and was born in the UK.

CORPORATE EXPERIENCE & GOVERNANCE:
Nick started his professional career in a prestigious Chartered Accountancy Firm in London, UK. He then moved into a Managers role for an international trade and expo business and spent 15 years supporting British exporters grow internationally. During the 90s Nick moved to New Zealand and joined an executive recruitment organisation where he spent many years helping executives identify and attract key people for their organisations. He was then an owner of a small New Zealand recruitment business before selling his ownership in 2016 to establish Roud Career Coaching/Nick Roud Coaching.

PERSONALLY
Nick is married to Nicola, they have two children, Louie (9) and Willow (6) and lives on Auckland’s North Shore in New Zealand. Nick played rugby up to representative level before snapping his ACL in his knee. He has since competed in a number of Ironman races, half Ironman and Ultra races that stretched him both physically and mentally. He is in rehab following his 7th knee surgery.
