Why my approach is different.

My coachng is not generic, formulaic, or corporate for the sake of it. I use a process that helps you understand your leadership strengths, blindspots and development needs, then turn that understanding into action. 

My dyslexia led thinking is a strength in this work. It allows me to spot connections others miss, challenge assumptions, and help leaders see the bigger picture without losing the detail that matters. That often leads to faster insight, cleaner decisions, and more effective leadership behaviour.
