3 years ago (this coming Sunday 1st September) I started Roud Career Coaching. 1,000s of hours coaching one-on-one talented executives & leaders, writing hundreds of articles, producing amazing podcasts with exceptional leaders, personally coaching just over 500 individuals (who want to leave a dent and improve themselves), learning deeply why I was put on this planet! I wanted to send a message from the very bottom of my heart. It’s hard to capture and put into words how much pride I have in all my clients who have stepped forward and chosen to partner with me, I just wanted to say to each and every person who I have had the privilege of coming into contact with no matter where in the world you live.
