Yesterday I was invited to facilitate group workshop to over 20 professionals. The group came from within one of New Zealand most respected organisation. Our topic of choice was Communicating & Engagement. Now two pretty important areas to discuss but one thing that really made me appreciate why I coach was that on one side of the room I had a person who was into his second working day with the company and on the other side of the room a lady who had been with the organisation for just over 40 years.
What a powerful session we had, the thoughts flowed and the desire to improve was very clear. Not only did we get common agreement but also a closer coming together of a large team.
The outcome – well, more face to face conversations, less emails, less meeting!
