Working through your Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching program which is a 6-9 month program you will learn your leadership strengths and also learn specific strategies on how to best leverage them in support of your goals. Seeing first hand actionable, on the job techniques, tips and strategies to work on your development areas is such a powerful part of helping you improve.
Over the course of our time working together you will focus and develop a powerful core purpose statement and develop an actionable Individual Leadership Development Plan (ILDP). This in turn will be linked to your core purpose statement. Your ILDP will be your personalised plan for getting better as a leader whilst being in line with who you are.
You will learn techniques for authentically leveraging the power of your own network your key stakeholders, managers, peers and employees to help create and shape your ILDP. In doing this you will ignite positive action on your part but also build in support and accountability for your actions.
You will improve as a leader. 100% of executive leaders who have been coached using the IL program have improved their leadership skills. Improvement is determined not just by you the leader or me your coach but, rather each leader’s key stakeholders who complete the IL LeaderWatch (mini Survey) during our program and at the conclusion of our coaching agreement.
