So much love and gratitude for everyone who has been part of this journey, its scary to think that a few years back I set up Roud Career Coaching in the front room of our family home, not really knowing where this deep passion and desire of coaching would take me (and you). 

Today we have just welcomed our 400th client to our coaching family and it just blows me away that each and every day I get to sit and work with some pretty epic individuals – thank you so very much.

• 90% of my clients are senior executives.

• most of my clients have come from referrals.

• I don’t work with everyone – it is important that you and I are comfortable working with each other.
