Many of you will know me from LinkedIn and are aware that I am obsessed with elite leadership and the development of our careers. That is why each Tuesday I share inspiration and thoughts on this very topic.

I am extremely proud of what clients have achieved since launching Roud Career Coaching in 2016 with a very simple 24 year plan – ‘help every person who wants to work with me improve’ this puts the wind in my sails each and every day.

a little note, I am putting the finishing touches to our debut book ‘Discover Your True-Self’ which is due for release 25/11/20.

Also, a little reminder – those of you who know me well will appreciate its not about likes or followers. Hence why I have pulled back from all social media and will focus all my energy into our website and working as hard as possible with my clients.
