“you made me realise that my strengths are unique and that I have not just a story to tell but that I can add value to other people and organisations. Never until now had I realised the importance of a LinkedIn profile, and how this has become another screening mechanism. Nick’s approach is one of an innate respect for the person opposite him, openness, thoughtfulness, focused on what makes you ‘you’ and how to bring this forward. His eye for what makes you sparkle, combined with an insight into how and what people are looking for in their next candidates, really brings merit to the 1+1=3 equation”
– L.H Senior Manager, New Zealand
Nick’s talent for creating safely in an instant allows complete honesty and deep learning. He helped me to revamp my CV and to gain great insights into interview. Most importantly, Nick has challenged me with love and played a great part in my success in being selected for a new role”
– A.W People & Culture Manager, New Zealand
I had a few sessions with Nick and got some fantastic advice from him which will benefit me lifelong. He taught me to aim high and be ambitious about my career goal, being self-aware of who I am, and aware of what’s going on around me. Be myself, be bold and be successful. Thanks again Nick, I wouldn’t be this clear in the direction of my career path without you”
– C.Z Manager, Auckland, New Zealand
I was getting my CV together and my wife recommended Nick Roud to run it past to make sure it was up to date. Sadly it was very much out of date, Nick freshened it up making it more current and highlighting my skill set for future employers, he added colour and really made it pop. I cannot say enough fo rate invaluable help he has given and the great feedback my new CV has generated from potential employers.
