As always these are just my thoughts and observations.
When you think about your personal career, step out of your day to day world. What I am saying here is think BIG. Working with a career coach will allow you to take a step into the unknown.
As a coach, I want to ensure you have all the tools to make an informed decision.
Sometime we don’t have all the answers – it is ok – to seek an alternative view point! A common starting point for many of my clients is “Nick, help me work out how I move my career forward, what can I do,”
As a coach, I help you break down any barriers and give you direction that you are comfortable with.
Try finding out – why! So you didn’t get that internal promotion, so you didn’t get offered that job, so you are struggling to get your team engaged, so you are hitting your head against a brick wall. So I just got it wrong!
As a coach, I am only as good as you want to be! Be prepared to put in the hard yards, and be extremely organised. “Rome wasn’t built in a day” but look how long it’s last.

Remember one thing for me, if you feel “Stuck” you probably are. Take action, take control, seek out a career coach who cares and allows you to feel free again.
