Where Leaders Come To Grow.

Its already Nov 2018 and the year (is flying). Here in New Zealand, we all start to think about our up and coming summer holidays and time to be spent with our families and friends over the Christmas break. New Zealand typically “shuts” down from mid Dec to mid Jan as we pack up our cars and head to the beach.

A number of people have already booked in specific time to get ahead and to get themselves in the very best position they can be for 2019. They don’t want to repeat what happened in 2018, they want to take control, set clear expectations of what they will achieve in 2019 and get results.

Having worked with over 300 individuals in 2018 I know it takes a great yourself in the very best position you can be. Not only does it take courage and self determination but it also takes personal commitment.

Here are some typical question that come up at this time of the year.

  • am I going to look at a job move?

  • shall I go for that internal promotion?

  • am I really doing what I should be doing in my career?
