Who hasn’t or who doesn’t know someone who has been made redundant? It seems like every time we turn on the news or read the papers a whole wave of redundancies are taking place. I worked with a Chair once and he shared a story with me that will stay with me for the rest of my life, in the story he said Nick not one leader takes on the responsibility of leadership wanting to lay people off, as leaders we want our people to grow and develop. When change is needed due to what ever reason cut deep and cut quickly. Never lose sight of the human connection and treat people with dignity and respect.
Since establishing our coaching business some years back I have personally done all I can to support, help and coach those professionals going through change. They have been some of the most impactful coaching conversations I have ever had and whilst in the moment it’s hard to see the wood from the trees their will always be a new opportunity for you. As part of our coaching business Nick Roud Coaching we have a dedicated area specifically for those professionals who’s role will be disestablished, we call it Outplacement | Career Transition. Our outplacement work is for both organisations and individuals that are going though change.
For Organisations
we offer 1/2 day workshops that bring together up to 10 professionals. This interactive session enables participants to safely discuss three core principles;
1) Facing Rejection
2) Building Confidence
3) Mindet
Your coach Nick will bring to life and passionately enable those attending to really step forwards as they each prepare to embark on a new career outside of the current organisation. This workshop will be results focused and along with your workbook we will discuss entering the job market – things you must do (and avoid). How to build your network. Job searching (real examples of what is working and what isn’t). Preparing a winning CV (along with Nick’s most recent book CV Workbook), Interview Preparation and answering any questions that arise.
Our fee is $500 per person with a maximum of 10 people – minimum of 5 people.
Includes 4 hours coaching with Nick, Outplacement | Career Transition Workbook | CV Workbook and access to Nick’s wealth of knowledge in this space.
Workshops are on-sight at your organisation, fees exclude travel and or accomodation and are in NZD
For Individuals
we offer one-on-one coaching that will cover your own specific needs. This bespoke coaching session will enable you to step forwards with confidence and a plan. Topics may include but not limited to; Planning, Searching, Preparation, Mindset, Career Direction etc
Our fee is $350 per hour and includes Outplacement Workbook | CV Workbook and one-on-one coaching with Nick either in person at Nick’s offices or via Webex.
